Shipping Policy
- In-Store Pickup:
In-store pickup orders will be ready within 1 hour of order confirmation during normal business hours.
(Fayetteville location only)
- Same-Day Shipping:
Orders placed by 10:00 AM EST, Monday–Friday, will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
- Shipping Rates:
- Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $12.95 via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Orders $150 and over qualify for free shipping.
- Restricted Shipping Areas:
Due to varying local and state regulations, we may be unable to ship certain items to addresses in the following U.S. locations:

- Non-US Buyers:
We do not accept purchases from individuals outside of the United States due to the varying degree of tobacco restrictions in other countries. This applies even if the item is being shipped in the US. This restriction does not include shipments to APO, DPO, or FPO addresses made by members/affiliates of the US Armed Forces/Government.
