Tobacco & Pipe Products
Tobacco products (cigars, pipe tobacco) and/or pipes may only be exchanged under the following conditions:
In order to exchange tobacco or pipe products a request must be made within 5 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in the original packaging.
Other Items
All other items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. All items to be exchanged must be unused and contain the original packaging.
Please note that Anstead's Tobacco Co. is not responsible for warranties issued by manufacturers. In order to file a warranty claim please contact the manufacturer directly.
